1. Contest Overview

AirTeam Heating & Cooling Team is hosting the AirTeam ‘Escape the Heat’ $1,000 Cruise Voucher Contest for eligible residential customers who purchase a qualifying HVAC unit replacement between July 1, 2026 and July 31, 2026. This is a judged contest, not a random drawing.

3. Contest Period

Begins July 1, 2026 and ends July 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time. Entries received after the deadline will not be accepted.

4. Eligibility

Open to legal Texas residents age 18 or older who purchase a qualifying residential HVAC unit replacement from AirTeam during the contest period, submit proof of purchase, complete the entry form, and remain in good standing. Employees, contractors, immediate family members, and household members are not eligible.

5. How to Enter

Visit airteamltd.com/escape. Complete the entry form, upload proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or signed agreement), answer ‘Who would you take on your Escape the Heat cruise and why?’ (recommended 100–250 words), and submit before the deadline. Incomplete, late, duplicate, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.

6. Qualifying Purchase

A qualifying purchase is a residential HVAC unit replacement approved by AirTeam. Repairs, maintenance, service calls, thermostats, IAQ-only products, duct cleaning, commercial work, warranty replacements, cancelled, or refunded purchases do not qualify unless otherwise approved by AirTeam.

7. Entry Limit

One entry per qualifying purchase. AirTeam reserves the right to limit entries per household, service address, or customer account.

8. Contest Question

Entrants must answer: ‘Who would you take on your Escape the Heat cruise, and why?’ Responses must be original, appropriate, and may not infringe on third-party rights.

9. Judging Criteria

Entries will be judged on: Relevance (40%), Creativity (30%), Clarity (20%), Overall Impact (10%). Highest scoring eligible entry wins. Ties are broken by the higher Relevance score, then Creativity.

10. Winner Selection

Judging will occur on or about August 5, 2026. The potential winner will be contacted by phone and/or email and must respond within five business days or an alternate winner may be selected.

11. Prize

One winner will receive one (1) $1,000 Cruise Voucher. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,000. Voucher is subject to the issuer’s terms and conditions.

12. What Is Included

The prize consists solely of the $1,000 Cruise Voucher. The winner is responsible for any costs exceeding the voucher amount.

13. Costs Not Included

Unless covered by the voucher issuer, the winner is responsible for airfare, transportation, hotels, taxes, port fees, gratuities, Wi‑Fi, excursions, dining upgrades, insurance, passports, baggage fees, onboard purchases, and all other travel expenses.

14. Taxes

Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. AirTeam may issue applicable tax forms if required by law.

15. No Cash Value / Transfer

Prize is not redeemable for cash unless required by law, is non-transferable, and may be substituted with a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

16. Verification and Disqualification

AirTeam may verify eligibility, proof of purchase, and entry content. Fraudulent, incomplete, false, cancelled, or ineligible entries may be disqualified.

17. Publicity

Acceptance of the prize grants AirTeam permission to use the winner’s name, likeness, city, submitted response, and related promotional materials, where permitted by law.

18. Privacy

Information submitted will be used to administer the contest, verify eligibility, contact entrants, fulfill the prize, and provide marketing communications in accordance with AirTeam’s privacy practices.

19. Release of Liability

Entrants release AirTeam and its affiliates from liability arising from participation in the contest or acceptance or use of the prize, to the extent permitted by law.

20. Sponsor Rights

AirTeam reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest if necessary and to interpret these rules and resolve disputes.

21. Governing Law

The contest is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

22. Promotional Disclaimer
